The Wendell W. Gunn University Commons is located at the north end of Court Street.
First Baptist Church's sanctuary is on the State Register of Historical Places, and needed renovations to its deteriorating exterior stairs and ramp, which did not meet current accessibility codes.
Harrison Hall is a new, state-of-the-art College of Nursing building with the latest technology enhanced classrooms and nursing competency labs including an actual operating room and lifelike manikins.
The Owner, looking to integrate a fully modern aesthetic to accompany its Interactive Teller Machines, combined this building with a local dentist office (Singing River Dentistry) to create a unique mix of services.
